I am excited your child has chosen to be a part of swimming at TAISM!
Over the course of the school year, there are three opportunities for your child/children to participate in organized swim club/team after school.
1. ES Swim Club- November 7th- December 19th (Dec. 10- Winter Time Trial Event)
2. ES Swim Team- January 7th- March 12th (Multiple Local Competitions)
3. ES Swim Club- same schedule as the 3rd ASA Session, (GRADE 2 invited to join)
Elementary Practices are on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays from 3:30-4:30 PM.
Note-there are additional practice opportunities for intermediate and advanced ES swimmers (by coaches invitation only).
NEW SWIMMERS
Thank you for scheduling a swim TRY-OUT. Please bring your child to the pool for his/her TRY-OUT during your scheduled time slot. Coaches will meet swimmers on the pool deck at the beginning of the scheduled time (3:30-4:00 OR 4:00-4:30). Parents should plan to supervise children before and after the TRY-OUT session. During the TRY OUT, coaches will be checking for the prerequisite swimming skills listed below.
*Returning Swimmers-you do not need to attend the TRY-OUT sessions. There is NOT an ES practice going on simultaneously.
All NEW Swimmers must attend a TRY-OUT before attending practice.
